Returns and Exchanges

【Returns】*Only available domestic order. Returns are not accepted for products overseas order.

●For International purchases

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

●For Domestic purchases

  • If you wish to return a product, please contact us by phone or email within one week of receiving the product. If you do not provide a reason for the return or if we have not approved the return, we will not accept the return.
  • Please return the product within one week of acceptance of the return. If you do not return the product within one week, your return will be refused.
  • When returning a product, please note that it must be unused and have all tags and accessories attached. We will refuse returns if we determine that the product is "clearly worn, stained, or otherwise unsuitable for resale."

●European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your purchase price is over €50 and the product is being shipped to an European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

【Return Shipping Fees】

● If the product you receive is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover all return shipping costs (cash on delivery).
● If you return a product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs (prepaid).
● If you received a shipping discount at the time of purchase, we will deduct the discounted shipping amount from the product price.
● If you return a product for your own reasons and paid by credit card, we will charge you a 5% cancellation fee. In this case, after canceling the original credit card charge, if shipping costs were incurred, we will charge you a cancellation fee along with the shipping costs.

【Refunds】

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@spsheart.com.

[Refused Cash on Delivery Payments and Other Important Notes]

● In the event of an extended absence, refusal to accept delivery, or unilateral cancellation after the order has been shipped, the ordered item will be returned to us approximately 1-2 weeks later. In such cases, you will be charged and paid the full shipping costs, including round-trip shipping (shipping and return shipping) and other fees, regardless of the reason.
If you fail to pay the above amount despite repeated reminders, we may file criminal charges for fraudulent obstruction of business under Article 233 of the Penal Code (defamation and obstruction of business), or file a civil lawsuit for damages or small claims.
About Product Warranty All products covered by this warranty come with a warranty issued by the manufacturer. The warranty terms generally conform to those stated on the warranty.
About Products Covered by Warranty All products covered by this warranty come with a warranty issued by the manufacturer.
About the Warranty Limit Under no circumstances shall our company be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product (including personal injury, accidents, and social damages (financial and time-related)).
The warranty limit shall be the retail price at the time of purchase.
About the Warranty Period The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer's warranty certificate.
